Our travel business wins a conversational marketing gold award
A symbol of our travel expertise, AVI International, our subsidiary specialising in travel insurance, won the Customer Relations conversational marketing gold award together with its partner BNP Paribas, on Wednesday 29 June.
This award is in recognition of the implementation of the information chatbot launched during the Covid-19 crisis for all customer information requests related to their travel plans and the health crisis.
This award shows that we are on the right track! This chatbot is a new step in customer relations that we have been considering for a long time. During the Covid-19 crisis, we considered this new type of conversational interaction to be essential to answer the many questions of our policyholders. Given its success, this type of interface will gradually be deployed throughout the entire scope. We will soon be able to – via the chatbot – draw up an insurance certificate, file a claim, follow up on a file, and more. This goes hand in hand with the APIsation of services which will allow this bot to be quickly interfaced with all SPB and AVI management tools.
