Our financial team is expanding: Morgan Coutrot joins SPB Group as Chief Financial Officer
The Finance and Strategy Department of SPB Group is strengthening its leadership with the arrival of Morgan COUTROT, appointed Group Chief Financial Officer.
In his new role, Morgan will be responsible for building a cohesive and efficient financial community across all SPB entities. He will have a functional line over the finance teams in each country — including France — with three key missions:
- securing and strengthening the Group’s financial processes,
- continuing to improve and enrich financial reporting,
- supporting operational teams in order to increase the Group EBITDA margin up to 20%.
Morgan’s appointment marks an important step in reinforcing the Group’s financial governance and accelerating its performance trajectory.
