SPB Group strengthens its operational leadership with the appointment of Lisa LÊ as Chief Operations Officer
In this role, she will oversee several strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the Group’s operational performance and strengthening its execution capabilities across all units.
Lisa’s responsibilities include conducting a comprehensive benchmark of SPB’s operations, assessing tools, processes, and key performance indicators monitored within the Group. She will also streamline management processes and implement detailed reporting mechanisms to reinforce operational steering.
Her mission further includes improving service quality through dedicated training programmes and exploring the potential of AI-based solutions to support operational management and efficiency.
Operations within a matrix structure and reporting directly to Mathieu SEBASTIEN, CEO of SPB Group, Lisa plays a central role in SPB’s ongoing transformation. She is based in Paris, and we are delighted to welcome her to the company.
