Alexis LEENDERS has been appointed Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) of SPB Group, European leader of embedded insurance.
In this strategic role, he will work closely with all Group entities to accelerate the execution of our roadmap and support our markets in their development. Alexis will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing revenue to identify performance drivers across our various markets. He will also work to streamline pricing models to strengthen the consistency and competitiveness of our offerings. His role will also encompass researching and evaluating external growth opportunities, as well as integrating new acquisitions into the Group’s teams and operations.
Alexis began his career at Monitor Deloitte. Since 2022, he has been with Roland Berger, where he led transformation and growth programmes for financial service providers and public sector organisations across the Benelux, France, the UK, and the Nordics. He holds a master’s degree in international politics from Ghent University and in international law from VU Amsterdam.
