SPB adopts a sustainable purchasing policy for a responsible supply chain

The SPB Group, the European leader in affinity insurance, is strengthening its purchasing policy by incorporating a sustainable purchasing component, aligned with its ESG strategy. This initiative aims to reconcile economic performance, social responsibility, and the reduction of environmental impacts throughout the supply chain.

The approach is based on strong principles: social responsibility, business ethics, product quality and traceability, fair financial relations, and local commitment. Its implementation is structured around four key areas:

  • Dedicated governance with buyers trained in CSR issues,
  • Integration of ESG criteria into calls for tenders and supplier contracts,
  • Support for stakeholders through training and monitoring of commitments,
  • Enhanced monitoring through audits, performance indicators, and annual reporting included in the Group’s sustainability report.

With this policy, SPB reaffirms its role as a committed player in building responsible and sustainable partnerships, serving brands that wish to create value and build customer loyalty through innovative, useful and simple affinity insurance solutions, designed to protect and assist consumers.
