Clotilde TERNYNCK appointed HR Director of SPB Group

In her new role, Clotilde will be responsible for defining and leading the Group’s HR strategy, working closely with senior management. She will lead the network of subsidiary HR Directors, with functional responsibility aimed at harmonizing HR practices while respecting local specificities. She will play a key role in supporting our transformations, talent management, developing our employer brand, and implementing cross-functional projects across the Group.

With over 15 years of experience in demanding international environments, Clotilde has held strategic HR positions at Cegedim, Kering, and LafargeHolcim. She will bring to our organization a comprehensive vision of human resources issues, combined with solid operational expertise.
