Creating Sustainable Value

ESG is embedded in SPB’s business model and daily operations. Through a repair-first circular economy approach, responsible leadership, and strong governance standards, we aim to create measurable and long-term value for our partners, customers, and society across Europe.

Our approach is structured around three key pillars:

Environmental Responsibility

Each year, SPB carries out over 150,000 service interventions across Europe, transforming circular economy principles into measurable environmental impact. Our priority is to repair first, refurbish next, and limit the purchase of new products to what is strictly necessary.

By extending product lifecycles through large-scale repair and refurbishment, we actively reduce electronic waste, limit the use of natural resources, and lower CO₂ emissions.

Social Commitment

Inclusive leadership, human rights, and employee well-being are central to SPB’s culture. Women represent 54% of leadership positions, reflecting our commitment to diversity, equal opportunity, and balanced decision-making.

At the same time, we apply the highest standards of data protection, processing personal data for millions of insured customers across Europe in full compliance with GDPR and recognised information security standards.
