Olivier DJERAHIAN joins SPB as Group Audit and Risk Director

SPB Group, European leader of affinity insurance, is pleased to announce the arrival Olivier DJERAHIAN as Group Audit and Risk Director, reporting to Nathalie FRAUD REFALO, Corporate Secretary of the SPB Group.
Olivier’s mission will be to strengthen our governance, consolidate our risk culture, and support the Group’s European growth.
With over 20 years of experience in insurance, internal audit, and risk management, Olivier has held key positions within major international groups such as HSBC, AXA, EY, and Wakam. His career has taken him to France, the United Kingdom, and internationally, where he developed recognized expertise in complex regulatory environments (notably Solvency II).
