SPB France is pleased to announce the arrival of Fabien Martin, who is taking on the role of Head of CiRKL Partners France. In this capacity, he will also be responsible for managing service providers.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n

With nearly ten years of international experience in network management, negotiation, and operational optimization, Fabien brings solid expertise in provider management, operational performance, process automation, and the development of strategic partnerships.<\/p>\n

\n

Throughout his career, he has managed complex networks, negotiated preferential rates, analyzed key performance indicators, and deployed optimization strategies to improve service quality while controlling costs.<\/p>\n

\n

A Key Role to Support the Development of CiRKL Partners<\/strong><\/p>\n

In his new role, Fabien will play a central part in the development of CiRKL Partners, the SPB Group brand dedicated to repair, refurbishment, and recycling services for everyday objects.<\/p>\n

\n

Through this activity, SPB is fully committed to a circular economy approach, with the ambition of extending product lifespan, optimizing service pathways, and creating sustainable value for its partners and customers.<\/p>\n

\n

Structuring and managing the performance of supplier networks<\/strong><\/p>\n

At SPB France, Fabien’s main responsibilities will be to structure and manage the supplier network, strengthen operational quality and performance monitoring, and identify optimization levers to improve customer satisfaction and business development.<\/p>\n
