SPB prioritizes the repair and reconditioning of equipment to limit waste and extend its lifespan. In 2024, SPB UK & Ireland repaired 61% of its devices, replaced 34% with refurbished products, and limited new purchases to just 5%. All non-repairable devices were fully recycled. This approach is supported by local services (home repairs, video diagnostics, partner centers) and the launch of Cirkl Partners, a brand dedicated to repair, reconditioning, and recycling.

 

SPB boasts gender-balanced governance, with 54% women in management positions and a score of 84/100 on the French Gender Equality Index. The SPB Group relies on multicultural and multigenerational teams and is currently implementing a Diversity & Inclusion policy to ensure equality across all its entities.
