Het doel was om de klanttevredenheid te verhogen, langdurige loyaliteit op te bouwen en diensten met toegevoegde waarde te introduceren die ook extra inkomsten konden genereren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SPB-oplossing<\/strong><br \/>SPB implementeerde een uitgebreid pechhulpgarantieprogramma dat volledig ge\u00efntegreerd was in het verzekeringsprogramma van de partner.<\/p>\n<p>De oplossing is ontworpen om eenvoudig, schaalbaar en probleemloos te zijn, waardoor klanten direct na aankoop naadloos toegang hebben tot bescherming \u2013 of het nu gaat om een \u200b\u200bnieuwe of gebruikte auto.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Impact<\/strong><br \/>De partner in de autosector profiteert nu van een versterkt aanbod dat de klanttevredenheid en loyaliteit aanzienlijk verhoogt.
