The SPB Group is enhancing its commitment to improving its environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance by appointing La\u00eds Carvalhal as the newly established ESG Manager. Based in Paris \u2013 La D\u00e9fense, she will report to Morgan Coutrot, CFO of the SPB Group.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n

This appointment\u00a0aims to integrate sustainable development into our company’s strategy and address the growing expectations of our key account and insurance partners. La\u00eds will be responsible for defining and managing the group’s ESG strategy, ensuring the identification, prevention, and mitigation of risks related to environmental, social, and governance issues. Additionally, she will coordinate existing initiatives and develop new ones to strengthen our positive impact.<\/p>\n

\n

In this capacity, she will collaborate closely with operational departments (marketing, IT, operations, human resources, general services, sales) to embed ESG considerations into daily processes and decisions, thereby ensuring a sustainable, responsible, and multidisciplinary approach across all levels of the company.<\/p>\n

\n
