\n Play, SPB and Axeria Announce Partnership and Launch of New \u201cScreen Protection\u201d for Play customers <\/h1>\n\n \n

A cracked screen no longer has to mean an expensive repair bill. Play has launched Screen Protection, a new insurance solution designed to provide comprehensive support for some of the most common types of damage affecting consumer electronics. Developed in partnership with SPB Polska\u00a0and Axeria, the insurance is available for PLN 20 per month, with the first month offered free of charge.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The new product expands Play\u2019s insurance portfolio and has been designed around the real needs of customers. Unlike many standard market solutions, Screen Protection<\/strong>\u00a0covers a broad range of devices, including smartphones, smartwatches, tablets, laptops, televisions and projectors.<\/p>\n

\n

Comprehensive Protection and Door-to-Door Service<\/strong><\/p>\n

The insurance covers accidental screen damage and, in the event of liquid damage or electrical surge, extends protection to all affected components of the device, provided that the screen has also been damaged.<\/p>\n

Key customer benefits include:<\/p>\n

  • Comprehensive repair following screen damage<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 if a device is dropped and the screen is damaged, the insurance also covers the repair of other components affected by the same incident, such as the casing, buttons or camera modules.<\/li>\n
  • Protection against liquid damage and electrical surges<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 all damaged components are covered, provided that the screen has also been affected.<\/li>\n
  • Convenient door-to-door service<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 damaged equipment is collected from the customer within 24 hours of the claim being reported and returned directly to the specified address after repair.<\/li>\n
  • Guaranteed repair times and quality standards<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 smartphone repairs performed by authorized service centers are completed within up to 5 business days, while larger devices such as laptops, televisions and projectors are repaired within up to 10 business days.<\/li>\n
  • Replacement devices and flexible settlement options<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 customers may receive a replacement device during the repair period. In the event of a total loss, they can choose between receiving a new device or a cash settlement.<\/li>\n
