As you know, we are experiencing an exceptional period due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

The SPB group executive committee and I have been fully mobilized since January to anticipate and manage this unprecedented pandemic.

Our priority is the protection of our employees, especially those who are vulnerable. It is for this reason that we regularly communicate on all the sites of the SPB group the behaviours to adopt to avoid the spread of the virus.

We monitor activity on all of our sites. As such, the executive committee meets daily to analyze and model the impact of this crisis on our business and thus take the necessary measures to ensure business continuity, the satisfaction of our key account partners, insurers and their policyholders and the sustainability of the business.

Following the measures taken by the governments of the countries of Europe and North Africa, our Business Continuity Plans are activated in all the countries where it is necessary. Teleworking is generalized as much as possible and we are doing everything to ensure the continuity of our activities while protecting our employees.

We are at your disposal for any request.

Take care of yourself and your loved ones.
