Privacy Policy

The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform the User of his/her rights and commitments as well as the measures taken by SPB to ensure that his/her personal data is respected, pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Loi Informatique et Libertés (French Data Protection Act), when using the spb.eu website, hereinafter referred to as the “Site”.

This personal data processing policy relates to data processed by SPB as data controller.

Personal data is collected directly from the User, with his/her consent, and stored within the Site.

III) PURPOSES OF THE COLLECTION
