Personal data processing policy
I) DATA CONTROLLER
This personal data processing policy relates to data processed by SPB as data controller.
SPB, a Société par Actions Simplifiée (simplified company limited by shares) with a share capital of 1,000,000 euros, registered with the Le Havre Trade and Companies’ Register (RCS) under number 305 109 779 and with ORIAS (insurance intermediaries association) (www.orias.fr) as an insurance broker under number 07 002 642, and whose registered office is located at 71, Quai Colbert 76095 LE HAVRE Cedex.
II) PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED
Personal data is collected directly from the User, with his/her consent, and stored within the Site.
III) PURPOSES OF THE COLLECTION

IV) RETENTION PERIOD
