SPB strengthens its long-standing telemarketing business with a new site in Mérignac, with 100 job positions to be filled
SPB, the European leader in affinity insurances and services for major brands, is strengthening its long-standing insurance telemarketing business by opening a new site in Mérignac, where 100 job positions are to be filled.
The Bordeaux region boasts an attractive employment catchment area with extensive telemarketing skills. As such, SPB is recruiting 100 customer advisors, supervisors and quality coaches. The site, set to open this summer, is located in the Pellus Plaza building on Avenue Pythagore in Mérignac.
In 2013, as part of its telemarketing business, SPB email-shot campaigns generated more than 430,000 new members.
Jean-Marie Guian, Chairman of the Board of SPB, said: “Founded in 1965, SPB, which stands for Société de Prévoyance Bancaire, is a family business that in 50 years has become a European leader in affinity insurance and services for major brands. A key player in economic development in France, SPB is a dynamic and fast-growing company. We would like to thank the public authorities that facilitated the opening of our new site, notably Bordeaux Gironde Investissement, the town of Mérignac and the Mérignac Pôle Emploi job center.”
