Jean-Christophe Boisseau joins the SPB group as Human Resources Director and executive committee member
SPB, the European leader in affinity insurances and services for major brands, has appointed Jean-Christophe Boisseau as Human Resources Director and a member of the Executive Committee of the SPB group.
Based in Paris and Le Havre, Jean-Christophe Boisseau will design and implement the Human Resources policy for all SPB group entities. He will be tasked with supporting the growth of the company by rolling out global and local HR practices that foster the development of SPB business in France and Europe. He reports to Jean-Marie Guian, Chairman of the Board of the SPB group.
Jean-Christophe Boisseau has extensive human-resources experience in international environments, notably in the insurance and services sector. He began his career at Xerox in 1989 as key accounts sales manager, moving on to the service subsidiary in 1993 as research and project director, before being named human resources and legal director in 1997. In 2000 he joined the Alico insurance company (part of the AIG group) as human resources director for France and Western Europe. After Alico was bought out by Metlife, Jean-Christophe Boisseau was named corporate secretary in charge of human resources for France and Morocco.
Jean-Christophe Boisseau attended the political science institute, Institut d’Etudes Politiques, at Ecole Nationale d’Administration and is a graduate of Institut d’Etudes Politiques d’Aix-en-Provence.
