Holder of a master's degree in entrepreneurship from the HEC School of Management (France), a master's degree in engineering from INSA (Lyon - France), and APICS CSCP certification (Certified Supply Chain Professional), he began his career in 1999 at the automotive equipment maker AFE (now Safe Group) in the UK, where he implemented the Total Quality programme and diversified the company's business activities.

Having demonstrated his capacity to structure, organise and re-energise companies with an objective of sustainable and profitable growth, he was recruited by arvato, a division of the Bertelsmann group specialised in logistics and customer relations, as development director, Supply Chain France. In this role, he diversified activities by concluding new partnerships in e-commerce, consumer goods, telecommunications, and other sectors. In 2015, he was appointed head of Supply Chain Operations and Solution Design.
Jean-Marie Guian, chairman of the Management Board of SPB Group, said: "I am very pleased to welcome Benoit Boulet to the SPB Group. The capabilities he has acquired in operations, logistics, business development and management both in France and abroad are going to enable SPB Services to develop its activities, particularly outside of the SPB Group. He is entrepreneurial, customer-focused, pragmatic and results-oriented, and these qualities along with his managerial skills will help SPB Services employees make progress and improve teamwork both at SPB Services and in the Group."
