Appointment of Pascal Briodin as Deputy General Manager, Sales and Marketing Director and member of the Executive Committee of SPB Group
The SPB Group, European leader in insurance and affinity services for major brands, announces the appointment of Pascal Briodin as Deputy General Manager, Sales and Marketing Director of the SPB Group. He will also be a member of the Group's Executive Committee. He reports to Jean-Marie Guian, Chairman of the SPB Group Management Board.
Holder of an MBA from INSEAD and a degree in agronomical engineering (ENSA Rennes and ENSSAA Dijon), Pascal Briodin began his career in the field of education and at the Ministry of Agriculture. In 1993, he joined the Caisse des Dépôts Group (BDPA), where he held a position with international responsibilities as Development and Products Director. In 1996, he began working in the Air France Group as a Sales Manager and was subsequently appointed the airline's Managing Director for Canada in 1998. In 2001, he became Executive Vice President of Air Transat (Canada). Returning to France in 2004, he was appointed Managing Director of Parc Astérix (Compagnie des Alpes). In 2005, he joined Europ Assistance France as Sales and Marketing Director and was also a member of the Executive Committee. In 2011, he was named Managing Director of Icare, a provider of warranty, maintenance and services in the automotive industry and subsidiary of Europ Assistance, which was acquired by BNP Paribas Cardif in 2014.
