95% OF KEY ACCOUNTS AND INSURANCE PARTNERS HAPPY TO RECOMMEND SPB

SPB, the European leader in affinity insurance and services for major brands, is releasing the results of a user satisfaction survey conducted by the independent consultancy ABC Marketing. When questioned, 95 percent of SPB's key account customers and insurance partners said they would willingly recommend the group. More specifically, 95 per cent of partners in France and 100 per cent internationally would be happy to make a recommendation.


SPB's key account customers and insurance partners reported satisfaction rates of 90 per cent in France and 100 per cent internationally.

Questioned on areas for improvement going forward, the partners said SPB should continue designing and optimising solutions for the high value-added technological product sector. It should also consolidate its role in working with and partnering customers and make its know-how more visible.


Commenting, SPB Chairman of the Board Jean-Marie Guian said: "We thank our key account customers and insurance partners for responding to this survey. For us, their satisfaction is key. So the survey – which we carry out periodically – helps up draw up robust action plans for building innovative programmes that meet our partners' needs".


The survey was conducted on 43 key account partners and insurers in France, Germany, Spain and the UK.
